Ingredients:
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced into rounds
4 tablespoon(s) butter
2 large (1 pound each) bunches mustard greens, ribs removed and leaves chopped into large pieces
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) fresh ground black pepper
60 ml(s) hazelnuts, chopped
Directions:

Heat a small pan over high heat and sear lemon slices until slightly caramelized, about 10 to 20 seconds per side. Remove from the pan and set aside. |

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, and add the mustard greens along with 1/2 cup of water, salt, and pepper. Toss together and cook until the greens have wilted. Add the lemon slices and hazelnuts to the pan and toss to combine. |
Tips & Techniques:
Time-saver: Instead of searing the lemon slices and tossing them with the greens, simply slice them into wedges and serve them on the side for a colorful and easy garnish.
