The trusted leader in time management solutions now offers Premium White 90% Recycled Planning Paper.
"We felt it was our responsibility to give customers a better choice -- a recycled product they can actually use with confidence in professional settings," said Martha Curren, Day-Timer General Manager, adding that the product received resounding approval (more than 90%) of more than a thousand customers who pre-tested it.
"Day-Timer took that as a go-ahead. With this new higher-quality paper we are truly offering a customer driven, socially-conscious product."
Day-Timer has effectively surpassed the grainy or pale colored paper that is commonly associated with recycled paper products. Day-Timer's Premium White 90% Recycled Refill Paper outperforms other recycled refill papers in the market three key ways:
- Whiter: it's bright and uniformly white, so your notes pop right off the page - Heavier: thick, hearty paper helps prevent ink bleed-through - Smoother: no bumps, chips or stray fibers – it's a quality you can truly feel
No other planning products give customers a better reason to choose recycled paper. And to start planning.
Unique paper manufacturing processes produce a premium 90% recycled paper made from 30% post-consumer materials – like discarded mail and office waste -- and 60% pre-consumer materials – such as unused or mislabeled product packaging, un-mailed magazines, and other paper scrap from printing and manufacturing sites.
The fiber used for the 10% virgin content of the paper is sustainably grown and responsibly harvested before the paper arrives at Day-Timer's Pennsylvania facility, which has been awarded Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) Chain-of-Custody Certification.
Premium White 90% Recycled Refill Paper is available now for order on refills starting with July 2011 start dates, as well as note and accessory pages.
